Systems that scale. Products that make sense.
I’m Alisa, a product design lead with 10+ years in complex products. Today I own the design system and DesignOps at Payoneer; before that I led the design team at Shield through a full platform redesign and its first design system. I bring strategy, hands-on craft and team leadership together: making dense products feel obvious, and building the foundations that let teams do it repeatedly.

Most product problems I meet aren’t design problems. They’re alignment problems wearing a UI.
I’m a Lead Product Designer and Design System Lead with more than ten years in complex products: fintech, compliance, media. My background spans product strategy, UX, UI, research and team leadership, and I’m at my best when those come together: turning messy product needs into a focused direction, giving designers clear guidance, and working closely with product and engineering to ship.
As a design-system lead I build the foundations that connect design and code: principles and tokens, accessible component libraries, documentation, governance, contribution and adoption. The goal isn’t visual consistency for its own sake. It’s helping teams make better decisions, stop duplicating work, and deliver coherent products faster.
